As of right now (2-11-26)I'm extremely happy with Ed Gonzalez and his customer service and with answering all of my questions and concerns. One thing I'm not happy at all about is your call system has a different representative calling me every day to sign up with CDR. PLEASE HAVE THAT CORRECTED.

Please understand that this review is for Rubin Galindo, he was great. I at points was very hard to deal with and demanding. Rubin, bless his heart, was very calm and great. The company and the way it practices. I am not too happy with. But it is the way you handle things. and not that there is anything wrong with it. it is just not how i handle things. thank you for your time and huge thanks to Rubin. He is the best.

I’ve had a great customer service as Alecha has been great and always available for questions and very nice and personable. Only reason I did 4 star is due to the cost of fees that are taken added onto the loan payment stuff. I may not of did it, had I realized I could contact the loan company myself and ask for discount for payoff.

I was extremely nervous in the beginning as I have never defaulted on anything. With the MCAS not wanting to refinance after letting them know my situation I was forced to default.
