Please understand that this review is for Rubin Galindo, he was great. I at points was very hard to deal with and demanding. Rubin, bless his heart, was very calm and great. The company and the way it practices. I am not too happy with. But it is the way you handle things. and not that there is anything wrong with it. it is just not how i handle things. thank you for your time and huge thanks to Rubin. He is the best.

I’ve had a great customer service as Alecha has been great and always available for questions and very nice and personable. Only reason I did 4 star is due to the cost of fees that are taken added onto the loan payment stuff. I may not of did it, had I realized I could contact the loan company myself and ask for discount for payoff.
